Prep the Wedding Party is this Sunday!

Looking for a fun activity for you and your entire wedding party?  Join us for “Prep the Wedding Party” this Sunday at Flywheel Highland Park.  We know you want to look good on your wedding day, why not get the whole bridal party lookin’ good?  Health and beauty focused and Anthony Yoon Photography will be there to capture the event

The event is from 1-3pm with classes starting at 2pm.  You can choose to take a Flywheel class or a Flybarre class.  Space is limited so please make sure to reserve your spot now.

Healthy Bride Event is almost here!

Good news!  If you missed the Bride Ride at Flywheel last month – you have another chance to jump start your bridal fitness program!  Join us for the Healthy Bride Event, this Sunday, November 11th from 12:30 pm to 3 pm at Flywheel in Highland Park.
