19 East Event Gallery Open House

We had the privilege of attending the 19 East Event Gallery open house this past Wednesday. The reinvestments and updates that have been made to the space are spectacular, and the vendors all did such an amazing job of putting together this lovely event: check out that posh lounge by Bowery and Bash!

With an iPhone in one hand and a refreshing cocktail in the other, we thought we’d snap a few shots of this elegant affair in its remarkable setting.

This stunning venue was recently acquired by Food For Thought, who provided the delectable nosh for the afternoon.

The floral by Exquisite Designs had us practically swooning!

We were barely able to handle the industrial chicness of it all. The venue has three large, flexible spaces on the main floor, a mezzanine for additional seating, and a second floor ideal for preparation prior to your event. They’re able to accommodate up to 300 guests seated and 500 for receptions.

Happy Anniversary Denise & Paul!

This month we would like to wish Denise and Paul a Happy One Year Anniversary!

Denise and Paul exchanged vows on November 2nd at St. Vincent de Paul followed by a reception at Spiaggia Private Events.  Thanks to Genevieve Lauren Photography for these images, and here is a look back at their special day!

Guests enjoyed Spiaggia’s delicious Italian menu, including arugula salad, homemade gnocchi and ending with assorted gelato to accompany wedding cake from Bittersweet Bakery.

DJEdwin from Style Matters started the party with Denise and Paul’s First Dance to “At Last” by Etta James.

We got to celebrate this couple just last month when their lovely wedding was featured in Style Me Pretty!  (click here to see the feature! )  But here is a look back at the details!!

We loved planning with this couple – they were so fun to work with!  Lisa left most of the details up to us – but when it came to the reception, they loved being with their friends and family!  They knew how to host a fantastic party!

The couple was married at the charming and rustic Gallery 1028.  Calihan Catering provided the delicious cuisine.  The gorgeous white and green floral was designed by Alexandra Jusino from Exquisite Designs.

High Society Orchestra kept the dance floor packed all night!  All the pretty details are described in the Style Me Pretty feature, but thanks to the ladies of Studio Starling for capturing all of these lovely images from the day!

Happy Anniversary Sarah & Brian!!

Happy one year to Sarah and Brian!  A year ago they had a lovely Spring wedding at Holy Name Cathedral, followed by a classic and elegant reception at Chicago’s iconic, The Drake Hotel.

Bellissima Photography captured the day…and oh was it so perfectly pretty!  Sarah wore an incredible Vera Wang gown.  It was magnificent on her!
